Price Protection

At JobsiteParts.com during the time of purchase, we welcome the chance to try and price match the current pre-tax price for new, identical, immediately available products from another online retail competitor's store or shipped from and sold by a designated online retailer like Amazon or Ebay for example. We will match price in comparison to our online store. We will also match prices post purchase if we lower our price within 15 days of your fireplace part purchase.

The Guarantee is limited to one price match per identical item, per guest and does not apply to offers that include financing, gift card offers, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, competitors' service prices, items that are advertised as limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, refurbished or used items, our and our competitor's Deal of the Day, daily deals, special hour sale event items and credit card offers.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I request a price match from JobsiteParts?

When making a purchase, online or over the phone, please talk to one of our Customer Specialists by phone or via the site chat. You can also email the Customer Service desk for help with your price match request. Please tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want the JobsiteParts.com to price match. We will then review and verify the price match request and see if we can help.

JobsiteParts.com price match requests cannot be completed via e-mail. Our goal is to match or beat any DELIVERED PRICE and shipping/delivery charges will not be included in the price comparison. A price match request after a purchase from JobsiteParts.com can be requested either by the person to whom the product was shipped, or by the person who was billed originally for the purchase.

How do I show "proof" of price?

The best way to show proof of price is to direct us to the competitor's current online ad or notify us of the website address of the designated online retailer. We will then call the competitor's retail store and check the website address of the designated online retailer to verify the lower price and availability of the item.
